As a Fractional CMO, I join you as part of the leadership structure while remaining independent and focused. The goal is not to add another layer of complexity, but to reduce it. A typical engagement moves through four stages:

I study your current positioning, segment focus, messaging, channels, performance data, and team setup. The output is a grounded view of what is working, what is unclear, and what is being done simply out of habit.

Here, I define or refine your narrative, ideal customer profiles, priorities, and the structure of your brand-to-demand engine. This results in a 90-day roadmap that links strategy with specific actions and responsibilities.
